Every WEN North order is prepared with care and packaged to arrive beautifully.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed on Canadian business days. Once your parcel ships, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Available delivery services, costs, and estimated arrival times are displayed before payment.

Canada and international delivery

All store prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges assessed by their destination country.

Returns and exchanges

To request a return or exchange, contact Customer Care with your order number before sending anything back. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. Final-sale, personalized, and hygiene-sensitive items may not qualify.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
